Brenden Bombardier had one goal on his resume through 52 career matches. In career match No. 53, the senior midfielder netted his first-career hat trick. He helped lead NSU to a 5-1 win over Harding and finished the week with six total points. He also played 65 minutes in NSU's 1-0 upset road win over No. 22 Fort Hays State. The loss for the Tigers snapped a 13-match MIAA home unbeaten streak that dated back to Sept. 27, 2012 (11-0-2).
