Shane Bridges helped the NSU baseball program jumpstart the Jake Hendrick era this past Sunday with a decisive 19-8 victory over East Central in the season opener. The senior outfielder blasted his first-career home run en route to a 4-for-5 effort on the day. He totaled four RBI, scored twice and stole a base.
