True freshman Zach Parish struck out 13 batters and issued just one walk in his first MIAA start this past weekend. He led Northeastern State to a 9-2 road win over Northwest Missouri State. Parish (2-0) conceded just two runs on seven hits in 8.0 innings to earn the victory over the Bearcats.
