True freshman Ebba Moberg tied for third at the 2016 MIAA Championship to help lead the RiverHawks to their first conference title since 2006. NSU won the event by 20 strokes, thanks in no small part to Moberg's three-round score of 16-over 232 (77-75-80). She has also helped Northeastern State earn the top seed at the 2016 NCAA Central Super Regional, which will be contested May 2-4 in Axtell, Nebraska.
