Craig George led off the Southwest Baptist series with a complete-game victory, as Northeastern State defeated the Bearcats 6-1. George allowed his lone run of the contest in the second inning. He sat down 16 of the last 19 batters he faced over hte course of the final 5.1 frames. He struck out three and only walked one in his second complete-game performance of the season.
