Chelsey Beathard led Northeastern State to a 1-1 record in the first weekend of basketball action. She scored 13 points in both contests and registered her first-career double-double (with 10 points) against Southeastern Oklahoma State. In the victory over Northwestern Oklahoma State, she also added three assists, two steals and one block.
