Jack Dobbins Field House

Originally Redmen Fieldhouse, the facility has been home to NSU men’s basketball since the fall of 1955. The lower gymnasium was added in 1954 and was renamed Jack Dobbins Field House in 1994. The women’s basketball teams also began playing inside JDF in 1979.  

Northeastern State hosted its final game in JDF on Feb. 27, 2013, against rivals Central Oklahoma.  

JDF is still in use today for recreational games and as a secondary practice court for RiverHawks Basketball.  The buildings attached the Field House holds offices for baseball, football, golf, men's soccer, women's tennis.
