Jamir Andrews who had 13 points and Montre' Williamsadded 12.Â

Lindenwood (11-3, 3-2 MIAA) was carried by junior guard Jackson Price who had a game high 29 points, and was 7-for-9 at the arc. Price had a momentum changing three pointer with 6:19 left in the game with the RiverHawks only back by a pair (49-47) to start a run of eight straight points to halt NSU who dropped their eighth straight contest.

Tanner Mouse had ten points and
Gordon Hill nearly had a double-double with ten rebounds and eight points. Northeastern State had slight 34-to-32 edge on the glass but were called for twice as many fouls with 16. The RiverHawks went the line four times on Thursday, which was their lowest total since Jan. 5, 2013 against Nebraska-Kearney (three times).

Northeastern State shot 23-for-62 (37.1%) from the field and were 7-for-26 from the arc; the Lions were 22-for-47 (46.8%) and landed nine treys on 22 chances.

"We were as prepared as we have been all year; we had a really good game plan, and they (Lindenwood) were ripe to get beat but we missed an opportunity. We will go at again on Saturday and hopefully have a good performance."
