Opening Tip 
  • Northeastern State has played with the same starting five in all their regular-season games this season.
  • The last time NSU opened the season 9-1 was the 2012-13 season, where they went 10-1.

The Series with Missouri S&T

About the Miners
  • The Miners have been idle since Dec. 3, where they opened GLVC play at home with a 72-59 win over Maryville.

  • Against teams in the MIAA the Miners are 0-3 this season.
  • Northeastern State will be the Miners' final non-conference game this season.
  • Missouri S&T will enter Tuesday's contest with the third-lowest field-goal percentage nationally, making 37.8-percent of their shots. 
  • Top-40 nationally in most fouls committed. 
  • The Miners lead the GLVC with 13.3 offensive rebounds per game. 
  • Dulan Scott leads the Miners in scoring with 15.5 points per game and is one of three on the team to average in double-figures.

  • Kendrick Thompson recorded his second 20-point game at NSU in their 80-68 win over Central Oklahoma. 
  • The RiverHawks snapped a three-game winning streak for UCO in Tahlequah with the win.
