Opening Tip 
  • Friday's game will close out an eight-game homestand for NSU with all ten of their games in 2019 being played in-state.
  • In the final game of the calendar year, the RiverHawks have won two of their last three.
  • Cenia Hayes is third in the MIAA in scoring with 16.8 points a game and 13th in rebounding (6.3).
  • Against MIAA teams, Shae Sanchez is second in scoring (20.5), and sixth in minutes played (35.5).
  • Sanchez has scored at least ten points in eight of the nine games this season for NSU.
  • Tree Brooks played her 100th career game last time out against Central Oklahoma.
  • Teams are shooting an MIAA low 27 three-pointers this season against the RiverHawks.  
  • From the arc, NSU is shooting 36.1-percent, which is 33rd best nationally. 
  • Northeastern State is second in the MIAA in free-throw percentage at 78.6-percent.  Nationally they are 15th best. 
The Series With Rogers State...
  • First meeting as conference members.
  • The RiverHawks are 3-0 in Claremore with the Hillcats splitting the two contests in Tahlequah.
  • Second meeting between the two programs in December. 
  • Head Coach Fala Bullock is 2-0 against the Hillcats.
About the Hillcats
  • The Hillcats enter Friday's contest on a six-game skid, their longest since the midway point of the 2017-18 season.  The 2-9 start is the first for the program since the 2014-15 season. 
  • Teams are shooting 47.1-percent against the Hillcats, which is third highest in the nation. 
  • Out-rebounded by over ten a game, which is bottom in the MIAA.
  • With 121 steals, RSU is second in the MIAA and 16th nationally, Vanessa Gajdosova in fifth in the league with 24.
  • Both of RSU's wins have come at home, and on the road, they are 0-4. 
  • Katrina Christian and Darian Jackson lead the Hillcats in scoring with just over nine points a game.  Jackson, a Broken Arrow native, holds 672 career points. 
  • Hillcats are 0-5 this season when scoring less than 60 points.
  • Roster features two players from Oklahoma. 
Looking Back
  • Cenia Hayes recorded her fourth 20-point game of the season and second double-double of the year last time out on the floor. 
  • Hayes led NSU in rebounds for the second straight game and third time this year.
  • The RiverHawks bench was out-scored by a season-high 28-points against Central Oklahoma. 
  • On the offensive glass, NSU was out-rebounded 20-to-2.
  • NSU shot 1-for-10 from the arc in the middle two periods.
