TAHLEQUAH -- Upcoming Northeastern State women's basketball games against Fort Hays State (Jan. 1) and Nebraska-Kearney (Jan. 3) will not be played as scheduled due to positive COVID-19 cases for the RiverHawks.

The makeup game with both teams will be decided at a later date.

Men's basketball contests against Fort Hays State and Nebraska-Kearney will be played as scheduled. The RiverHawks on Jan. 1 will tip-off at 3:30 p.m.; NSU's contest against Nebraska-Kearney on Jan. 3 is now at 4 p.m. 

The women's basketball program's next scheduled game is on Jan. 6 at Central Oklahoma.
