BELLINGHAM, Wash. –
Kelly Swanson led the RiverHawks on the course Tuesday but playing short a player, they would limp to a tenth-place finish at the Western Washington Invitational.
Swanson would shoot a 78, with Northeastern State shooting 34 over as a team on the par 72 course with a 641 (319-322).
Yasmin Hang will leave with the best finish for NSU, carding a 157 (74-83), and was tied for 31st. Swanson moved up ten spots on the leaderboard, placing tied for 35th, shooting a 158 (80-78).
Nina Lee had a 160 (79-81) and was tied for 41st;
Hanna Lignell scored a 166 (86-80), putting her in 66th place.
The RiverHwawks close out their fall season on Oct. 24-25 in Broken Arrow.
