TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State heads south of the Red River and will head to Dallas on Friday and Saturday for a pair of regional matches against Harding and Dallas Baptist.

The RiverHawks, carrying a 3-0 record, are off to their best start of the season since 2016 and are coming off a 4-3 win on Feb. 9 against Arkansas Tech.
Harding is 1-2 to start the year and faced the RiverHawks individually in the fall at NSU's Rumble by the River. Northeastern State is 25-0 all-time against the Bison, with Friday's neutral site meeting being the first between the two programs. The two teams last met in 2017 (9-0, NSU win) in Searcy, Ark.
Dallas Baptist comes into the week 5-2 but has lost two consecutive falling 5-2 to Newman and were swept 7-0 to Central Oklahoma. Northeastern State is 2-0 all-time against DBU but hasn't faced the Patriots since 2004.
