RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. – Northeastern State's Flynn Semmerling was named Great American Conference Offensive Player of the Week in men's soccer, league officials announced Tuesday afternoon. 

Semmerling had two goals, and an assist in the RiverHawks matches on their opening weekend.  The fifth-year senior was credited with his 11th career game-winning goal in a 2-1 win at Drury while netting his 35th career goal to move Semmerling to fifth All-Time at Northeastern State. 

The GAC weekly honor is the third for Semmerling and the 14th for the program since Fall 2019.
