Women's Golf set for the Lady Tiger Classic

TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State treks to Fort Hays State for the first time on Monday and Tuesday for the Tiger Classic.

The tournament is the third of five fall events for the RiverHawks and will be played on the Par 72, 5864 yard Smoky Hill Country Club.  All 11 MIAA programs will be attending, with the tournament being a designated event for association members this year. 

In two tournaments, the RiverHawks hold a 297.8 per round average; against MIAA programs, they are 10-1 overall.  Aitana Hernandez has paced NSU with a pair of top-ten finishes and a 72.5 per round average.   She will be attending the event along with Nina Lee, Hanna Lignell, Yasmin Hang, and Sam Maceli.

Northeastern State is paired with Central Missouri and Missouri Southern State on the first pin starting at 10:10 a.m. Monday.
