WEATHERFORD, Okla. — Northeastern State shot a 569 (279-290) across Monday's action at the Prairie West Golf Club, enough to place them in fifth with day one of The Perkins in the books.
The RiverHawks sit six strokes back from fourth-place Central Oklahoma B (563), while Missouri S&T (552), Southwestern Oklahoma (556), and Central Oklahoma (561) make up the top three.
Parker Rose leads NSU with a two-round total of 138 (66-72), which places him in a three-way tie for third among all competitors. Rose sits six strokes behind individual leader Max Bialy of Southwestern Oklahoma State.
Meanwhile,
Cole Waymire sits just outside the top ten after shooting a 141 (70-71) to tie for 12th.
Will Livermore (72-74) and
Brett Wilcoxen (71-75) each shot a 146, while
Gabe Replogle finished the day with a 148 (75-73).
The Perkins wraps up tomorrow with the final day of the tournament.
