NSU Athletics Inducts Second Chi Alpha Sigma Class

TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State University Athletics inducted 30 student-athletes Thursday evening into its chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma (XAΣ), the National College Athlete Honor Society.

The class is the second for the department, with 82 student-athletes being inducted into the society.

Chi Alpha Sigma is a non-profit organization established to recognize college students who earn a varsity letter in at least one sport while maintaining a 3.4 or higher cumulative GPA throughout their junior and senior years. The goal of the organization is to recognize outstanding academic achievement by intercollegiate athletes.
