WINONA, Minn. – Northeastern State shaved ten strokes from their first-round score but didn't make much headway on the leaderboard and are tied for 18th place at the NCAA Super Regional Friday, holding a 602 (306-296) score after 36 holes.
The RiverHawks are tied with Missouri Southern and are 19 strokes back of the cutline to advance to the NCAA National Championship.
Brett Wilcoxen leads NSU and is tied for 36th place, shooting a 148 (76-72).
Ryan Morant has a 150 (76-74), and
Christian Yanovitch is one back of him (77-74)
Carlos Gomez carded a 153 (77-76), and
Gabe Replogle had a 160 (79-82).
Northeastern State closes out play Saturday at 7:30 a.m. for the final round.
