Emilia Cosatto earned All-American status from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Tuesday and is just one of 20 named across NCAA Division II Women's Tennis.
Cosatto finished the 2022-23 season third nationally in singles after going 23-9 overall with six wins over ranked foes. She is one of three women's tennis players nationally in NCAA D-II Women's Tennis to earn ITA All-American Honors and Academic All-America from the College Sports Communicators (CSC). The native of Tuxtla Gutierrez, Mexico, is just the second in the program's history at Northeastern State to earn both in the same year joining Patricia Husakova in 2016.
The All-American Honor is the 25th overall for the women's tennis program at NSU and seventh as a member of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA).
