TAHLEQUAH -- Northeastern State concludes their slate of contests at DeLoache Field in Tahlequah by hosting Fort Hays State and Nebraska Kearney.
With three matches left, the RiverHawks (10-5, 4-5 MIAA) sit in seventh place in the MIAA standings with 12 points, two points above the first team under the cutline in ninth-place Emporia State (5-7-2, 3-5-1 MIAA).Â
Sydney Taylor leads the MIAA and places 16th nationally in shots per game (3.93). She is second in the MIAA and in the top 25 nationally in shots on goal per game (2).

The RiverHawks and Tigers are even in the series at 6-6-1. Northeastern State has dropped two straight and are searching for their first win since Oct. 27, 2019.
Scouting the Tigers
- FHSU is tied for ninth in scoring (20 goals) across the MIAA, while their defense has allowed the fifth-fewest scores (16).

NSU is 7-3-1 against UNK, including a 5-0 mark in Tahlequah. The RiverHawks have won three straight over the Lopers, the longest winning streak for either side in the all-time series. They most recently claimed a 4-nil decision in Tahlequah on Oct. 15, 2023 behind a season-best 32 shots and a pair of braces from Sydney Taylor and Josie Jarvis.
