KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Sydney Taylor highlighted four women's soccer postseason honors from the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Friday with the junior earning a First Team nod.
The Fort Gibson native earned her second All-MIAA selection after scoring 13 points for the RiverHawks this past season. Taylor nabbed five goals and led the association with 36 shots on goal. Â
Kamari Jefferson picked up her third career All-MIAA selection after being part of a NSU back line that held teams scoreless in eight matches this fall. The Tulsa native is a Second Team selection and played 1574 minutes. Whitney Gentry joined Jefferson on the Second Team after having a senior season with five goals and two assists. The Rockwall, Texas native is a repeat All-MIAA Second Team honoree and has four career game winning goals.
Rebecca Partyka earned an Honorable Mention nod with the junior being tied for second in the MIAA with seven shutouts, and fourth in goals against average.
