JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Northeastern State's final MIAA trip to Lincoln will be one that the RiverHawks will quickly like to put in the rearview mirror with the Blue Tigers snapping an 11-game skid Thursday by a 70-58 final score.
Lincoln (7-20, 3-18 MIAA) nearly controlled the entirety of the game with the RiverHawks struggling from the field across the night going 22-for-58. The Blue Tigers also cashed in on 19 NSU turnovers out-scoring the RiverHawks 26-to-9.
Halie Jones was the lone starter for NSU in double-figures with the fifth-year scoring 13 points.
