KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Tyson Fourkiller received All-MIAA First Team honors to highlight Northeastern State's four entries onto the league's postseason awards, announced Thursday.

Fourkiller's strong season saw the junior lead the conference with a .403 batting average, alongside a team-high 73 hits. The native of Stilwell, Okla. added 18 stolen bases, ranking second on the roster.

Earning Third Team nods were Gage Williams, Isaiah Keller and CJ Briley. Williams was the top hitter in conference play for the RiverHawks, swinging at a .376 at the plate against league foes. The sophomore added nine home runs and 45 RBI. Keller tied for the team lead in home runs (11), while earning sole possession of the team crown in stolen bases (22). Briley served as the ace of the pitching staff with a team-high 13 starts, earning wins in five, while striking out 66 batters.
