Fourkiller claims D2CCA All-Central Region nod

| By:
ST. PAUL, Minn. -- Northeastern State infielder Tyson Fourkiller was named to the 2023 Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-Central Baseball Second Team Thursday.

The teams were voted on by members of the NCAA Division II College Sports Communicators (formerly Sports Information Directors of America) in the Central Region.

It marks the Stilwell native's second All-Region honor of the year after he was an NCBWA All-Central Region Second Team selection earlier in May. Fourkiller led the MIAA with a .403 batting average in his junior season, while leading the team in hits (73) and finishing second in stolen bases (18). He started in all 50 games for the RiverHawks over the campaign, as well. Additionally, Fourkiller earned an All-MIAA First Team selection for his efforts for the spring.
