ROGERS, Ark. – Northeastern State wrapped up the Shadow Valley Invitational in 12th place on Tuesday, posting a team score of 630 (316-314) in a weather-shortened tournament.
Monday's round was cut short due to darkness, leaving teams with about three holes to finish on Tuesday morning. However, heavy rains forced the cancelation of the third round, making the event a 36-hole competition.
Will Livermore led the RiverHawks with a 155 (78-77), securing a tie for 26th place. Right behind him,
Brett Wilcoxen finished one stroke back at 156 (79-77), tying for 29th.
Parker Rose placed 44th with a 158 (78-80), while
Juan Vergel (161, 81-80) and
Bliss Newton (162, 81-81) finished in 59th and 64th place, respectively.
The RiverHawks will now have a break before returning to action at the end of the month in Hays, Kansas, for the third MIAA-sanctioned event.
