KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Northeastern State women's basketball has five student-athletes among the 81 named Thursday to the MIAA's Honor Roll for their work in the classroom.
Aubrey Brown will have the unique distinction of being named six times, surpassing any NSU women's basketball student-athlete by two seasons.
Courtney Lee was named for the fourth time, becoming the sixth in the NSU program to reach this milestone.

Brennan Kirchhoff and
Emily Weathers were all named for the second consecutive season.
To be recognized on the Academic Honor Roll list, a student must have a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher, as used by the institution for NCAA academic certification purposes, at the certifying member institution. The individual must also have completed at least two terms of attendance at the certifying member institution, excluding summer terms.
Freshmen and newcomers will be named by the MIAA during the summer following the spring academic term.
