Golloway Resigns as Northeastern State Baseball Coach

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. – Northeastern State head baseball coach Sunny Golloway has resigned to pursue other opportunities in baseball. A national search for his replacement will begin immediately.

"We offer our thanks and appreciation to Coach Golloway for the last two seasons," Director of Athletics John Sisemore said. "He strived to improve our baseball facilities from the first day he set foot on our campus and provided a wealth of knowledge about the game to our student-athletes. I wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors."

Golloway led the RiverHawks to the MIAA postseason in his second season and tallied three wins over ranked opponents in the final month of the 2025 campaign. During his time at NSU, he coached seven All-MIAA selections, one All-Region honoree and one National Player of the Week.
