RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. -- Cameron McColloch has been named the Great American Conference/Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (GAC/MIAA) Goalkeeper of the Week, the league announced Tuesday. It marks the junior's first career weekly honor.
McColloch anchored his squad with back-to-back shutouts on the road last week — the first two of his collegiate career. He totaled nine saves across the two matches, highlighted by a six-save performance against Lubbock Christian on Thursday, Sept. 11.
Over the pair of contests, McColloch faced 26 shots and stood tall in goal, helping secure an undefeated week for his team.
