BOLIVAR, Mo. -- Northeastern State is third after one day of action at the 2026 Midwest Intercollegiate Invitational, hosted by Drury.
Northeastern State landed a 331 across the opening round of the event, sitting eight strokes back of Northwest Missouri (323) in second and one ahead of fourth-place William Jewell (332). Central Missouri holds the top spot on the team leaderboard after recording a 313.
Jessica Parker paces NSU individually and is part of a tie for fourth among all competitors after carding a 76. Parker is one back of a three-way tie for first place and was the top performer across the event on Par 3s in the opening round.
Laia Llorens is tied for 15th after landing an 82.
Kanynn Kaseca is not far behind in a tie for 17th with an 84, notably landing a hole-in-one on the 17th hole of the course.
Talya Samir logged an 89 and
Laci Fravert carded a 93, respectively.Â
The second and final round occurs tomorrow.
