Win Streak Lifts RiverHawks Back into National Poll

TEMPE, Ariz. – In the midst of a seven-match winning streak, Northeastern State reentered the national rankings at No. 40, marking its first appearance in the poll since the conclusion of the 2024 season.

The RiverHawks' current win streak is their longest since the 2018 campaign, when they advanced to the NCAA National Quarterfinals.

In doubles play, the tandem of Renata Morales and Daisy Barrow is ranked No. 38 nationally. The duo has appeared in the rankings for three consecutive weeks and climbed as high as No. 26 during that stretch.

Northeastern State will send both programs on the road this Saturday for a matchup with Harding, scheduled for 1 p.m. The men will compete in an MIAA/GAC contest against the Bisons, while the women will play a non-conference match.
