INDIANAPOLIS -- Northeastern State's Nathan Biais was selected as an individual participant for the NCAA Men's Golf Midwest/Central Regional, scheduled for May 7-9 in Big Rapids, Michigan.

Biais is one of eight individuals chosen to compete alongside a 20-team field for a berth in the NCAA Championship.

The RiverHawks standout earned All-MIAA honors this spring and is ranked No. 16 in the Central Region. He claimed an individual title at the Rattler Invitational in February and posted a 72.7 scoring average.

Northeastern State has now sent a men's golfer to the NCAA postseason in four of the past five seasons.
