BIG RAPIDS, Mich. -- Northeastern State's
Nathan Biais shaved a stroke off his opening-round score Friday but slipped six spots on the leaderboard after 36 holes at the NCAA Midwest/Central Regional at Katke Golf Club.
The junior carded a 78 in the second round and sits tied for 90th overall with a two-round total of 157 (79-78).
Biais recorded 11 pars during Friday's round and added one birdie. Through two rounds, he has collected six birdies overall, tied for the 47th-most in the individual field.
The RiverHawks standout will close out the regional Saturday in the final round and is scheduled to tee off in the second wave at 9:20 a.m.
