TAHLEQUAH -- The 2025 Northeastern State football team received its championship ring at a QB Club kickoff meeting. The ring commemorates a 9-3 season that included winning the First Americans Bowl and the President's Cup, and the 48th annual Red Feather Classic.
The top of the ring features the First Americans Bowl logo, surrounded by green and white stones representing NSU's school colors. One side of the ring honors the program's claim on the President's Cup with the final score of the game. On the opposite side, it features the team's record, which was their most wins in a season since 2000 and their first postseason win since 1999.
The inner part of the ring features the score from the First Americans Bowl on the left, the trophy from the 48th annual Red Feather Classic in the middle, and the game score on the right.
