The 2013 campaign will be the first for Chris Davis as a graduate assistant coach at Northeastern State. He is in charge of the running backs.
Davis was a running back at NSU from 2009-10 and served as a student coach in 2012 assisting with the running backs.
The Troup, Texas, native began his collegiate playing career at Tyler Junior College where he led the team in rushing touchdowns as a freshman. He also rushed for more than 6,000 yards at Troup High School and left as the school's all-time leading rusher.
Davis graduated from Northeastern State in May 2013 with a bachelor of science degree in health and human performance. He is pursuing a masters degree in kinesiology.
