CJ Madison will enter his first season at Northeastern State University as a Graduate Assistant Coach. He will be responsible for the Tight Ends.
 
Northeastern State will be Madison’s fourth coaching stop. He was previously the running backs coach at Hutchinson Community College that lead the conference in rushing propelling one of his top backs to Texas Tech University. He then moved to coach Tight Ends for the spring semester for the Blue Dragons.
 
He was also the head football coach at Moscow High School for two seasons, posting an 8-9 overall record. Madison guided Moscow to its first winning season in five years while with the school and also produced a pair of Santa Fee League championships. In all, Madison had one all-state player, 14 all-district players and 10 all-league players.
 
Madison was also the running backs coach at Ellsworth Community College for one season.
 
A native of Howard KS, Madison played high school ball at West Elk High.
 
He graduated from Hutchinson Community College in 2010 with his Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor’s in General Studies from Fort Hays State University.
