The 2015-16 season is the second for Alex Tyler as a graduate assistant with the Northeastern State men's basketball program. He assists with all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the team.
The Wichita, Kansas, native received a Bachelor of Art degree in mathemetics from Southwestern College in 2014. He is currently working toward a Master of Science degree in kinesiology from NSU.
Tyler played 98 games in four seasons as a member of the Moundbuilders' men's basketball team. He career totals included 476 points, 251 assists, 210 rebounds, 89 steals, and six blocks. In 31 games as a senior, Tyler posted per game averages of 8.5 points, 4.2 assists, 3.6 rebounds, and 1.5 steals.
