Chaun Davis is serving in his first season as a graduate assistant with the men's basketball program during the 2016-17 season.
He previously worked at Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as an assistant coach for the boy's varsity program. He was also the head coach of the ninth grade team and was a PE instructor. He helped lead Booker T. to the state playoffs in 2016.
He worked at Lifetime Fitness for one year and was the assistant boy's basketball coach at Berryhill Public Schools in 2013-14.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in physical education from Oklahoma State University. He also played at Oklahoma Wesleyan University and was a member of the team that won the 2009 NAIA Men's Basketball National Championship.
Davis is currently working toward a Master of Science degree in kinesiology from Northeastern State.
