Beau Beathard returned to his alma mater to serve as the strength and conditioning coach at Northeastern State University in 2022.
He returned to NSU after spending the 2021-22 year as a weightlifting teacher and assistant football coach in Lawton, Okla. Prior to that, Beathard held the same roles in nearby Elgin from 2019-21. Before his time at Elgin, he spent five years in the Tulsa area as the strength and conditioning coordinator at Bishop Kelley HS (2016-19) and as an assistant strength and conditioning coach and weightlifting teacher at Union (2014-16).
Beathard previously played for Northeastern State's football team from 2008-11 before serving as a graduate assistant on the football staff after his playing career ended until 2013. He held the role of assistant strength and conditioning coach at NSU for the 2013-14 athletics season.
