Alexis Perry joined the Northeastern State softball coaching staff in Aug. 2021 following a five-year playing career as an NCAA Division I student-athlete.
Perry is a former All-American Conference postseason honoree and earned multiple AAC Player of the Week Awards and played for The University of Tulsa from 2019-21. She also held the Tulsa program record for a seven RBI game during the 2021 season against Memphis.
Before returning to her home state, Perry signed out of Putnam City High School to play for Big Ten member Nebraska for her freshman and sophomore seasons. Perry set a Cornhusker record for a rookie player with a four-RBI game against Omaha as a true freshman.
A native of Oklahoma City, Perry was a four-time all-district selection in high school and was the district’s Player of the Year and an all-state pick following her senior season.
Perry graduated from The University of Tulsa in May 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Studies and minored in Accounting and Business Administration. She is presently enrolled at Northeastern State, pursuing a master's in Business Administration focusing on General Management.
