Briefly: A newcomer to the Redmen softball team in 2007. Allen played two seasons at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, where as a freshman was selected All-Region 1st Team and Junior College Player of the Year Runner-Up and garnered All-Region 2nd Team as a sophomore. Allen played one season at Texas A&M-Kingsville.
Jay High School:
Senior: Lettered in softball, cross-country and basketball for JHS. Earned All-State honors in softball and selected to the Tournament of Champions All-Tournament and Tri-State Classic All-Tournament Teams in basketball.
Junior: Lettered in softball, cross-country, basketball and track. Earned Tri-State Classic All-Tournament Team honors in basketball and recorded the highest batting average and slugging percentage in softball.
Sophomore: Lettered in softball, cross-country, basketball and track.
Freshman: Lettered in softball, cross-country, basketball and track.
Personal: Allen is a Health and Physical Education major, and is pursuing a minor in Math.
