Andrews comes to Tahlequah from Cowley County Community College (Arkansas City, Kan.) where she was head coach of the women's program since July 2014, and head coach of the men's program since May 2016.   

Prior to being elevated at Cowley County, Andrews also served as the program's top assistant for two seasons.

Andrews was in the midst of her fifth head coaching season at Cowley County when she was named at NSU.  During her time at Cowley County, she had four All-Americans, with her programs finishing as a NJCAA semifinalist seven times.  This fall she had two women's doubles teams competing at the NJCAA Small College Nationals, placing seventh and eighth nationally.   Andrews also guided the Tigers men's tennis team to a second place finish in the region and a matched a program best fourth place national finish during the 2018 season.

Andrews has guided the Cowley College women's tennis team to three of the past five NJCAA Region VI titles and eighth place at the 2018 NJCAA Division I National Tournament.  Prior to that, the Lady Tigers placed 11th nationally in 2017, and seventh during the 2016 season.

During her first year as an assistant at Cowley, Andrews helped the men's program capture a region title and place tenth nationally, while the Lady Tigers finished second in the region and 11th at the national tournament.  In Andrews' second season, she helped both squads capture region titles, and achieve the highest NJCAA Division I finishes in the history of the programs placing fourth at the national tournament.

Andrews was the 2016 Wilson/ITA Women's Region III Coach of the Year, in 2014 she was Region III ITA Women's Assistant Coach of the Year and the ITA National Men's Assistant Coach of the Year.

This fall Andrews was named as President of NJCAA Women's Tennis, and is serving as the Committee Chair for the NJCAA Women's Tennis National Rankings Committee. 

Academically, 34 of her student-athletes were named ITA Scholar-Athletes, and for the past four seasons, Andrews' women have been named ITA All-Academic.  In the last two seasons, her men's program took the same All-Academic Honors from the ITA.

Andrews was an all-district singles and doubles player at Caprock (Texas) High School.   She went on to play collegiate tennis at Seward County Community College from 2004-2006. During her sophomore season at Seward County, she won the singles consolation bracket at the national tournament.

She then transferred and played tennis at Saginaw Valley State University in Saginaw, Michigan.

Andrews received a bachelor of science degree in sociology from West Texas A&M in 2009, and earned a masters in science from Emporia State in 2017.
