Mat Worden joined the RiverHawks coaching staff during the 2017 season with ten years of coaching experience from elite junior performance level tournaments to county events, and club competitions as an adult.

Worden has worked as a tennis coach at Chichester School in West Sussex, England since 2009 and was a camps assistant for the Hale Gardens Tennis Club in New Milton, Hampshire.
