Zack Hammock earned two long-relief victories as NSU was the only team in the MIAA to finish 4-0 this past week. The junior tossed 7.2 shutout innings in three appearances and only gave up four hits total in those outings. He threw the final 4.0 innings in the 6-4 series-opening victory against Nebraska-Kearney and came back two days later to toss the final 3.0 frames of a 12-10 triumph over the Lopers in the finale. He also picked up two outs against Pittsburg State in a midweek win for the RiverHawks. Overall, Hammock registered a 0.00 ERA, while striking out four, walking just one and finishing with a .180 opponent batting average.
