NORTHEASTERN STATE COACH CHASE WOOTENOpening Statement..."Overall, the game was fairly even. When looking at actual dangerous chances I felt like both teams had some. We played really hard and I'm really proud of our effort. We had some good looks early and then throughout the game we had chances. We stuck to our game plan of trying to put pressure on their backline. They're a good team, but we played well and I thought we were right there in it. The second goal we gave up we had been up pressing for an equalizer and gave up a counterattack goal. I'm not mad at that. We were giving it all we had to try to even things up and they got the luck of the bounce. Overall, I'm really happy with how we played."
