BETHANY, Okla. – Joe Garcia scored a goal for his third straight game as Northeastern State blanked Southern Nazarene 4-0 on Friday night in non-conference play.

The shutout was Northeastern State's third in a row and they have won six of their last seven contests after dropping three straight to start the season.

Garcia put the RiverHawks ahead quickly in the fifth minute and they never looked back raining down a season high 25 shots on the Crimson Storm on Friday.

Jackson Padilla went back-to-back in the 43rd minute to increase NSU's lead to 3-0 on Southern Nazarene in the first half.

The RiverHawks (6-4) remained on the attack in the second half laying down 15 of their 25 shots in the final 45 minutes.  Ismael Serratos had NSU's lone goal in the back half of the contest scoring on a pass from Brandon Hatfield in the 69th minute.

Ryan Davis had a pair of saves in-front of the net for his third shutout of the season.
