TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State opened a four-match home stand with a 6-0 loss to #17-ranked Central Missouri on Friday evening at DeLoache Field.
The Jennies spun five goals on the RiverHawks in the first half to send NSU of their fourth consecutive loss in a row and are now 6-4 overall and 0-4 in MIAA play; Central Missouri advances to 9-1-1 (3-0-1 MIAA) with the conference road victory.
The RiverHawks would out-shoot the Jennies 16-to-8, and have two extra shots on-goal with 12.
Northeastern State's home stand continues on Sunday where they will host Lindenwood at 1 p.m.
