NSU Baseball falls to Central Oklahoma

TAHLEQUAH, OK---- Northeastern State's Tristan Ridenour belted is team high ninth home run in a 24-4 loss to Central Oklahoma in MIAA action at Rousey Field on Wednesday.

The RiverHawks are now 19-16 and 10-12 in MIAA play.

Ridenour put Northeastern State on the board in the second with a solo shot.  Jaxon Phipps followed with a walk and Colton Wright doubled. Both scored on a Reid Fehr double to cut the Broncho lead to 6-3.

That is the only offense the RiverHawks could muster on the afternoon against a potent Central Oklahoma offense.

Northeastern State will not have much time to ponder as it will travel to take on Fort Hayes State on Thursday and Friday.  Double header action will begin at 4:00 p.m.
