TAHLEQUAH – Northeastern State saw a 21-match regular season home winning streak end at the hands of rivals Central Oklahoma on Sunday afternoon.  A single goal by the Bronchos in the 74th minute of play was the difference to send NSU to 5-1 this year.   Central Oklahoma (6-0) avenged a 1-nil double overtime loss to the RiverHawks in last November and held them without a shot taken until 52nd minute.

IN THE BOX SCORE

• The RiverHawks were out-shot 25-to-3 by the Bronchos, and UCO was favored in corner kicks 11-to-1.
• Mariah Nicolet had two of NSU's three shots on-goal on Sunday afternoon.
• Brennan Hockett had six saves from in front of the NSU net.

The header goal by UCO's Morgan Cherry off a corner kick in the 74th minute to brake-up the scoreless contest.

• First time for NSU to be shutout in the regular season since Oct. 8, 2017 at Central Missouri.

• Sixth straight contest between NSU and UCO to be deiced by a one-point margin.
