KEARNEY, Neb. – Northeastern State dropped an overtime heartbreaker for the second consecutive match with Nebraska-Kearney winning 2-1 in the 110th minute. The RiverHawks scored their lone goal off the foot of
Meagan Chase who kicked-out from 15 feet and got a friendly bounce on the Lopers' crossbar. Friday's loss to the Lopers (4-5 (2-0 MIAA)) sends the RiverHawks to 6-3 this season and 0-2 in MIAA play.
