PENSACOLA, Fla. – #17 Northeastern State dropped its third straight 4-3 decision in women's tennis action, this time to Georgia College on Tuesday afternoon.
Georgia College (8-2) controlled singles play over the RiverHawks by winning on four of the six courts.
Northeastern State took doubles with wins on the top two courts for the early one-point lead.
In singles play,
Karla Tomaic won 6-1, 7-6 (4) in fours, and #33
Tatjana Stoll took the top court 6-3, 6-1.
The loss to Georgia College will drop the RiverHawks to 2-4 this season.
NSU concludes its Florida swing on Wednesday with matches against West Florida and West Alabama.
